There have been some posts recently on the board about how to embed videos and presentations into PowerPoint.
Unfortunately there is no easy way to actually embed videos and other do***ents (such as PDFs) into PowerPoint.
A solution could be to put all of the files into a self extracting Zip file. Winzip do a product called the Winzip Self Extractor http://www.winzip.com/prodpagese.htm for $29 dollars. I have used this file very effectively and it has become one of the essential software packages on my main machine.
It takes a bit of fiddling with and I would suggest that you set aside a good hour to play with the functions before you use it.
The only thing to watch out for is that Microsoft Outlook does not like you emailing exe files around, so you may have to upload the file onto a we server to distribute it.
