Learning Manager Interview

Hi I am about to do a presentation to my senior director level the position would be off a Learning Manager, though I have many topics in my mind I want to know what’s most apt topic to present and if making a hand out for them will be beneficial.

Handouts are great – make sure that they are pictorial

As regards a topic I would suggest that you present something like
– My most sucessful project
– My best training class

You obviously need to change the title to dscibe the project. It gives you a chance to show off your skills.
