10 min pres for interview – mortgaege arranger

Hi, on friday this week (11th nov) i have to give a 10 min presentation as part of a job interview. The role os for Mortgage Arranger for a large high street bank. the presentation should be as follows;

"you are the new mortgage arranger in your branch and you have a ten minute audience with all of the staff. Your objective is to harness the support of the staff in order to drive business levels to exceed your target"

i haven't done anything like this before and i would really love this job - any help would be appreciated!!
