Help: Funeral poem

i recently went to a funeral and a poem was read out called 'The Existence of Love' i really want a copy of this poem and i can't find it anywhere. If anyone could be of any help that would be fantastic.

The Existence of Love



I had thought that your death

was a waste and a destruction,

a pain of grief hardly to be endured.

I am only beginning to learn

that your life was a gift and a growing

and a living left with me.

The desperation of death destroyed the existence of love

but the fact of death

I am learning to look at your life again,

instead of your death and dying

cannot destroy what has been given.
