A Trainer position Interview
I have a 15 minutes presentation to do for a trainer position in a large call Center. I am presenting to the Training Manager and I basically need to 'train' him on a subject for 15 min. I am unsure of what subject to cover.Any help would be awesome. Thanks

One of the funniest presentations Ive seen is someone showing you how to iron a shirt - with a handout at the end. During the step by step run through they told a joke - it was hilarious - and I still remember how to iron a a shirt

It's the best interviews I like are on training theories. I.e learning styles is a easy and there is loads of info on the internet. Anything about different types of people and how you would adapt your training session to different people is good.

I am also interviewing for trainer
I cannot tell when this was posted but I do have 2 cents. I am thinking that in every training position when you are not training in manufacturing is about Customer Service. Everybody is on the Customer Service band wagon. May be a training on a Custmer is always right issue and how to handle that would be of an advantage. This is just my thought. I am up for a trainer position. They have not given me my topic yet. But I am doing research. Thanks Let me know what you did and how it went if you can.
