Real time update of excel object in powerpoint live presentation

HI all. Here is what I am trying to do for a client.

Link an excel object in powerpoint to the excel file, and set it to automatic update.

The excel file will be located on a server.

The Powerpoint will be continuously looped in the businesses forum or lobby, and will constantly be fed real-time data like stock quotes and stock market info, from a group of people inputting data real-time.

How do I make the excel object so literally everytime the value changes in the excel file it will real-time reflect in powerpoint. without having to stop the program, without having to manually type it in powerpoint.
