20 min panel interview presentation - Help!

Hi All, any help you can provide would be great. I have to give a 20 min presentation next week on a cast study i was provided. my only problem is figuring out where to start. Below is info they provided .. any help you can give would be appreicated.

Back Round:You have been assigned to a A conversion event involves moving the impacted operations from the system they currently use over to a new standardized system. The project covers a broad spectrum of business. You are assigned as Project Manager

Targe Group:The target populations for this event are as diverse as the locations. Some audiences have been working with the common system in support of other regional processing work for some time. For other audiences this will be brand new.

My Role:
Ensure all personnel are certified on the new system.
Make sure all process and procedural changes are documented and that all personnel are qualified to perform them
Ensure that all personnel are aware of, qualified in, and as comfortable as possible with the work they will be doing in the converted environmentd.
Ensure all forms changes are communicated to all affected personnele.
Ensure all major changes to processes are communicated to affected personnel as well as cross line of business customers

You are not alone in this process. You also have access to subject matter experts throughout the various work sections as well as senior project managers and analysts with a number of years of experience.

ok.. heres what I have to present on.

Describe your approach to how you would work with the your team and subject matter experts as well as the business unit manager. Include the processes, methodologies, and team strategies you would use to meet the client need, request, and expectations. Describe what tools and techniques you might use and why.

Questions to Address in your Approach

How would you organize your work?
What questions do you need to have answered?
What potential risks do you see?d.
How would you manage those risks?
How would you ensure that the project timeline and deliverable mandates are met?
Explain how behavioral and team management methodology and task structure can be utilized to meet the requirements and objectives of the project.
Describe a visible method to monitor and measure progress in meeting the objectives.
Describe the principal constraints and limitations under which the project must be conducted.
Describe the performance or quality standards that must be met.

ok.. thats all of it... My real question is how do i present...
Do i present as if I am infront of the targe audience. or as if I am meeting with the Subject Matter experts and Business Partners. Plus any additional help would be great appeciated.

How about this structure

1. Describe the problem
2. Briefly state your solution
3. How the solution worked (and how it didn't work)
4. What were the benefits (what were the pitfalls)
5. Show some real evidence to support number 4

If you follow this flow then things should be easier. Try to make you presentation visual - so make sure that you include a picture on every slide that backs up your text.

The other main key is to rehearse out loud what you are going to say - at least one of these perforances should be in front of a real uadience (family, friends etc)
