Award Ceremonies Presentation

Any good ideas for unique presentation award ceremonies for employees? Any site links you can point me to?

This is a bit of a tough one

A good idea for an awards ceremony is to have a rolling presentation running in the background as people walk into the room. This could include the categories - or it could have the people who have been nominated. This should ensure a good background buzz, before things get going. You can do this in PowerPoint and have the presentation looping round.

Another good trick to keep people interested is to tape an envelope under the chairs. Best if you have one under every chair. Put a prize in one of the envelopes. You can then early on ask everyone to put their hand under the chair and one will be a winner. You could then say "any one of you could be a winner in our awards ceremony..."
This will start to get everyone on the edge of their seat as things start to get going.

If you are doing any presentations - better to keep these as short as possible and to make them very visual. The whole atmosphere should be as upbeat as possible.
