Animal Farm Presentation

I am doing a presentation for my English class regarding Animal Farm, the novella by George Orwell. Well, actually, it's on propaganda, but how it relates to Animal Farm, like how it's used and such. I would really like to not be boring, but I would greatly appreciate some ideas on how to engineer this so it's not. (I have to fill at least eleven minutes and I'll extend it, seeing as eleven gets you an NL!) But any help would be great, especially for the verbal part. I'm just not sure how to talk about it without simply throwing a bunch of information and references and relations at them.

The knack with any presentation of this type

is to link the book to the real world. You'll need to spend quite a while watching and/or reading the news but you should be able to find examples of people doing in the real world what they did in the book. (If not, it was a crap book, 'cos that's what it was intended to do! ).

Then, when you've got your comparisons lined up, just let 'em go - go through them one at a time, using plenty of energy: this last bit's important. In our presentation skills training we've found that the most surefire way to make a presentation boring is to be afraid that it will be! That means you don't commit yourself fully and the audience interpret that lack of passion by you *about your presentation* as a lack of passtion from you *about the subject*.
