Need visual aid ideas

I work for a commercial real estate firm and we're looking for new ways to show our clients different competitors in the market. We've used power point and even used "placemats" where we layout on 11x17 paper a map and place all the competitive buildings around it with any pertinent informaiton (rent/sf,etc). But it's stale and now we need some new ideas for a new pitch we have coming up...any ideas or suggestions?

You could get a close arieal photo of the locations
showing the area in close proximity then you could
use powerpoint to make each building "grow" as
you are presenting it.
Then on the side of the slide you could have a graph
that would fade in for each building and show the
related information.
Sorry, the idea is a little hard to explain but, hopefully
you get the idea.
