Internal sales manager position
I have applied for a sales manager position at the company I work for where I have been an external sales rep for the past 5 years.
During the interview I will have to give a 15-20 min presentation followed by a series of competency questions. My presentation should be based upon the following: a clear, concise strategic overview of how I personally propose to provide the leadership required by the field sales team to increase profitable sales to the required level. NO PRE-PREPARED PRESENTATION AIDS WILL BE ALLOWED (although a flip chart will be present if required) This will be only my second interview in my life, and my first presentation to 3 senior members of the company. Has anyone any idea where I can start with this one. A great many thanks for you help everyone. |
