problem Emailing a presentation
I have made a PPS presentation with a MP3 music file in the first slide (which plays over the whole presentation). My problem is..it works fine at my end but when I email the .PPS file to another person, the slideshow works fine but the sound doesnt play their end…Is there a way to fix this?

The mp3 file is being loaded dynamically from its location on your PC. Therefore it will need to be relinked in to work on your colleagues machine. You will need to provide it to them as well as the pps.
