Group Activities Scenario and Interview Presentation

Hi Doc,

I’m a newly graduate in the field of IT. I am very passionate about selling and was invited for an interview for a Trainee Sales Executive position. This will be a whole day interview. Please help master the 2 key important areas.

1. How do I conduct myself during the group session evaluation scenario where we will be given a task as a group. Do I become a "loud-mouth" hyper-active lad who is all over the group, or do I become the "behind the scene" think tanker who always strategisies and give inputs after all has been said. Help!

2. Interview Presentation – How do I prepare and what do I include i my presentation; the choice of illustration graphics or pics, the wording, and preparing for any topic that might be give on the day.
