There are a range of Job Board Web sites out there that offer a wide range of jobs - mainly for Call Centre Agents.
Monster are one of the biggest job board web sites in the UK. At time of review there were over 1000 jobs for call centre agents - at base level. However when you search for call centre jobs in Wales it only turned up 32. There were also a small selection of Call Centre Manager jobs.
One of the best companies for technical and marketing jobs that I have worked with is a UK based call centre recruitment company called Syntony. www.syntony.co.uk Their web site does not hold much information but I have found them to be very trustworthy. They helped me to find a lucrative position a few years ago and I also used them for recruitment in my Lucent days.
If you are involved in Telemarketing or Telesales then you may find that Sales Work www.saleswork.co.uk could be the answer for you. They are one of the largest sales job web sites in the UK and have a call centre section. What makes this site so big that advertisers do not have to pay to post their jobs onto this site (although there are some restrictions)
