2nd Interview on Wednesday 'pres about myself' Aaargh

Hiya
I am also a newbee but was hoping you experts could offer me some help. I have my 2nd interview on wednesday for a job I really want. It's a research assistant role and the presentation title is:

If you can make it around 10-15 minutes in length, just telling us something about yourself & the skills you feel you would bring to the company. The purpose of this is just to let us see your presentation skills and a different format to find out something more about you!

I am totally terrified, I have not done an presentation since uni 3 years ago now. They could have asked me about anything else to talk about in the world and I would have been more confident! But talking about myself is so not interesting!

Any tips would be greatfully received!
