Effective team presentation

Hi,

I've been trying to help my partner create a 10 min presentation on 'what makes an effective team' for a teaching job presentation. She has already identified most of the areas which 9 out of 10 websites on the subject talk about (communication, organisation, relationships, leadership, skills mix, consensus, stakeholding etc) but there are quite a few elements...certainly more than would fit the 'rule of three' nicely (or maybe not?)

Anyone have some good pointers on a presentation such as this and how best to present it? It's been said that no powerpoint/OHPs are allowed (oral presentation only) so I presume that some kind of 'visual gimmick' (probably the wrong term) might be good to leave a lasting impression?
