Team manager Presentation

Help!!
Ive got to prepare a 5 minute presentation for a team manager position that has become available. The brief is that I am a manager in a centre that is under-performing, I have to cite the procedures I would implement to make sure there is a sufficient increase in the departmental performance, along with a plan of action for the month. I would like to base it upon a different company other than the one I work for, any ideas???
