Job Presentation to do but no theme ? Help !

Hi

I was hoping someone could offer me some advice on an interview I am trying to prepare for next week, I was advised by the agency that I will be performing a 30 minute presentation to a team of managers and HR and I will only have 1.5 hours to prepare it on the employers site the same day !

Once I have conducted my 'brand new presentation' I am going to have a competency based interview but whats worrying me is how can I possibly prepare for an interview If I don't know what it is the company want me to present until 1.5 hours prior top presenting it ...

Can anyone please help me and offer advice on how I go about preparing a presentation for something I wont know on which subject until the day ?

This can be used for 100 topics. It is fundamentally a brainstorming process.

In things like "customer service" pick 3 main qualities of wonderful CS. Put these on top of separate flipcharts. Make a fourth one called "resources".

Have the group brainstorm for 2-3 minutes "what makes a great customer service experience" (put that label on top of flipchart). Stop.

Display the 3 concepts on the flipcharts indicating the 3 qualities of wonderful customer service. Take the brainstormed list items and fit into the 3 qualities. Let the group will tell YOU where to put them.

Finally, put up a flipchart with "resources". Ask the group what resources can be used to get the wonderful CS items accomplished. Don't belabor on NOT having resources available - focus on what would work and what could be work-arounds. At the end, have the members congratulate themselves for figuring out what it takes to provide great customer service.....
