Job interview presentation Beyond my Job Role

Hi, have a second interview for a job, they want a presentation on what i would be bringing "BEYOND MY JOB ROLE!" not even sure what this means??? any ideas would be appreciated.

I would interpret this as how you would bring 'added value' to the job, ie what extra things can you add to the job that are not specfied in the job description. You could go back to them and ask what they mean by this, this shows that you are not afraid to ask questions if you are unsure of something.

You could break this into two parts, one focusing on you as an employee and the other on you as a person. Your presentation should discuss elements beyond the criteria outlined in the spec that you will bring to the company, use example of how you went beyond the call of duty in your last role prepared as though it may be a presentation you can still expect to have questions asked of you.
