presentation 10 min help don't now where to start!

I have a interview presentation for the pos of home coordinator on the 27th of july just 4 days to prepare! there are two parts:

As Home Support Co-ordinator you will face many challenges:

(1) Consider possible problems / issues that you may be faced with during your first one to three months in post; and explain how you will aim to resolve these issues.
(2) Outline your implementation plan for managing and further developing your staff team, in order that a quality service can be delivered and maintained.

Any ideas I am up against two other people who already work for the company I only know what I have researched about the company I currently work as a care manager and have 16 years experience.

Not quite sure what the job entails, but obviosuly comunication is a key asset, in terms of managing a team, key words like encouragement, findingt he best in people, developing their skills etc rather than controlling.
