presentation on multidisciplinary staff management

I have to give a presentation for an interview on what factors I would consider when managing a multidisciplinary team. What visuals could I/should I use?

You can get lots of pictures on teamwork from istock www.istockphoto.com they cost around $1 each

You can also take in your usual management tools - reports, charts, time management etc.

You could also take in a number of pieces of card with key words written on them e.g. Teamwork or MBWA (management by walking around) etc
