2nd Interview - 10 Slide presentation on helpdesk/training role

Hi,

I have been lucky enough to get through to a 2nd stage interview for a Helpdesk/trainer position. I have been asked to present to the helpdesk team using 10 PowerPoint slides (max) relating to the role....

I want to make a good impression and wonder if anyone has advice for me (or topic ideas). I have an IT trainer background.

A good example may be to play back something like
- Good and bad customer service
- The seven deadly sins of customer service
- A few amusing help desk stories
(there are some quite interesting call centre jokes at http://www.callcentrehelper.com/jokes.htm )
