Please Help me with newspaper sales

[COLOR=Magenta]i have to do i presentation explaining how i could lift newspaper sales without changing the newspaper and without giving anything away free - also a cost effective way it is based on a regional newspaper so i was thinking about focusing on the people in villages who cannot get to shops or people living on farms
Does any one have any ideas on what could possibly lift the sales on this basis as i need to include a few more ideas to give the presentation a little more variety.

Hello

You'd probably get more sales where there is a higher concentration of people such as on trains/ metro / trams / sporting events that kind of thing. We have a guy who walks up and down the trains and sells the local paper this way - he has 100's of potential customers in a captive space...particularly people on their way home who might not want to have to go to the newspaper shop so they buy from him!
