3 minute Presentation... On The Future of the company

Hiya -

I have an interview on wednesday (for my dream job), and need to prepare a 3 minute interview on 'what should be the mission of the company for 2005'.

As it's only 3 minutes and i am uncertain what facilities are available, i was intending to do a well rehearsed speech. Would a handout be recommended or frowned upon? It seems an odd subject to talk about on a first meeting - would much rather discuss myself for 3 minutes and leave them remembering my personality. Am uncertain how to make myself memorable without going over the top. The presentation goes alongside a 20 minute brief interview.

Any help you have would be GREATLY recieved.

I think that I may be a little late

Personally I would stickl to their topic and I would present back to them their mission statement or their values . You can probably find this from their website.
