Persuasive speech topic -

I need to prepare a speech topic for my class but I want something that is close to my interest. I need suggestion on a topic that relates to bodybuilding, weightlifting, nutrition or anything fitness related. I feel that this is my strength. Thanks everyone.

If its a subject that you are really passionate, you should be able to research using books, magazines, websites, your own personal experiences. Once you've got enough material, write down on a piece of paper sections for introduction, body and end of your speech. Then get friends/family to proof read it. Then practise in front of friends to see what they think.
