Call Centre Helper has a new Editor. Alex Coxon will take over as Editor starting with the January 2006 edition.

Alex has a great deal of experience in the call centre sector, having edited the magazine Call Centre Focus (CCF) from 2001 through to 2005 and, prior to that, working as deputy editor on Computer Telephony magazine.

Alex Coxon takes over as Editor of Call Centre Helper

Starting with the January 2006 edition Alex will be launching a new and punchy format for Call Centre Helper (www.callcentrehelper.com)

Alex has a great deal of experience in the call centre sector, having edited the magazine Call Centre Focus (CCF) from 2001 through to 2005 and, prior to that, working as deputy editor on Computer Telephony magazine.

She’s delighted to be back working on call centre issues, and promises to give callcentrehelper.com a brand new look and feel as of the new year. Alex Coxon has also written freelance for a variety of publications, including the Guardian, the voluntary sector magazine Third Sector, and business-to-business titles Travel Trade Gazette, Regeneration and Renewal, Supply Management and Recruiter.

Jonty Pearce is staying with Call Centre Helper and will be concentrating his efforts as Publisher and setting the general business direction - particularly in building up the advertising revenues and launching a new jobs database.
