Indian Airlines starts toll free call centre service

The Indian Airlines has started toll free round the clock service at the call centre established for the customers to find any information about departure, arrival timing, schedule, fares, seat availability, telephonic reservation, current status of booking or finding details about a new offer.

According to Station Manager Indian Airlines Jammu Mr. Sanjiv Misri the toll free facility at the call centre can be had in Jammu and Kashmir as well as on all India basis from August 1 on phone number 16001801407.
