Visual ideas for manager job

Hi

Hope you can help me. I going to an interview in a week’s time and I have been asked to do a 10 minutes presentation on "As the manager of the company, describe where you would like to see the company in 5 years time and how your skills and experience would assist in making this a reality" Not an easy one in 10 minutes.

The company is a small advice bureau and it is a bit of a sideways move as I currently manage a large residential home.

I have read you tip and advice with interest and would really like ideas on some good visual picture I could use. I plan on speaking on expanding the company, motivating people and organising fundraising events. Any ideas on the 3 word rule would also be great!

For this one I would start by using a digital camera to take pictures of the current building they work in.

I would then look at what building (or buildings) they should be working in five years time. This could well be the same building.

I would then take a picture of a few of my friends and put above them a caption about how the advice bureau has been able to help them. This will help to show the changes that have been made.
