5 minute talk on any topic?

Hello – Can anyone help?

I have today been told that i must do a talk during my first day at college (next monday). The Tutor has said that it needs to be about 5 minutes long and can be on anything that i want.

I think that it is a chance for the staff and other students to get to know each other and judge your character.

I had an idea of doing a talk on my reasons for wanting to do the course or perhaps just about me, where i have come from, what i do and what i think i will be doing in the future.

Does any of this sound ok? can anyone think of anything more interesting?

Any help would be much appreciated.
