Help please - sales presentation for 2nd round interview

Can anyone help me?!? I have been asked back for a second interview on friday afternoon. It's a sales assistant position with a large publisher and I've been asked to prepare a sales presentation each for two reference books that they have sent me. They want 2-3 minutes on each book, where do I start and what do I include?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello

If it were me I would start with:
*who are the target audience/buyers?
middle could be things like:
*what would they use the books for?
*how would you position the books in the minds of the buyer?
*what are the features / benefits?
*any unique selling points?

End with a summary
