Sentimental psalm, can any1 identify?

Hi, both my aunty and uncle have passed recntly.
I attended both funerals and at both recognised a psalm which was sung
I cant get it out of my head and its became sentimental to me
I do not know the name of the psalm and therefor i do not have anyway
of getting it for example in a song or written and framed.

I do know that the lyrics mentioned;-

He'l rise you up on eagles wings
And hold you in the palm, of his hand

I understand it is not a lot to go on but if any1 could help me
identify this poem i would be incredibly grateful

I think that you are looking for a song called either "On Eagles Wings" or "Palm of his hand"

It derives from this passage in the bible
