Presentation As Part Of Job Interview

Hi, i hope you can help me. I have reached the final stage of a job which i had applied for. However, this stage consists of a 20 minute presentation (on powerpoint) and a 20 minute interview. I am not so worried about the interview than i am the presentation. My presentation has to be based on the question 'What i believe i can offer the company and what i would like from them in return'. i wanted to ask what kind of structure you would recommened and i also wanted to ask how i could make my presentation, one that stands out and is unique and different from others. It would be much appreciated if you could get back to me please with some advice. THANK YOU.
