Promotion Presentation

I am in the final stages of an interview process for a huge promotion. As a finalist, I am tasked with developing a presentation on my vision for the organization. Can you give me some advice?

Generally speaking I would suggest that you make the presentation visual. If you are selling a vision it helps if people can visualize it.

In selling a vision you also need to sell your credentials. So if part of your vision is about building the team it would be a good idea to show how you have been able to build teams in the past.

I would also suggest three main points for the vision. People are generally good at remembering three things.

Lastly the thing that most people forget is to rehearse. You should spend as much time rehearsing as you do preparing.
