20 Minute interactive presentation!! Ahhhh!
This site is such a big help. You have already helped me get through stage one of presentations now here comes the big one......!!!
Next week i have to do a 20 minute interactive presentation on 'Customer Attraction' for a well known high street bank. The only information i have been given is that it should include; The type of customer the business needs to attract The reasons why customers buy from specific businesses or individuals. The advantages to the business of attracting this type of customer A basic description of what individuals within the organisation can do to support any attraction strategy. Their are only basic presentation materials. Please could somebody help me again on where to start. I have experience working for brand leaders. Thank you on advance. Syreeta |

Hello!
I hope I'm not too late with this reply. I think from the info they have given you that they will be looking for you to discuss things like VALUE PROPOSITION. You would be able to answer about: *The reasons why customers buy from specific businesses or individuals* (people buy value propositions - ie. What's in it for me?) As for the customers they wish to attract - I'm not sure without knowing more about the bank. My guess would be that they will want various customers who would remain loyal to the bank and who have lots of money to put into the bank!?? *The advantages to the business of attracting this type of customer* - I would expect this would be about the bank being PROFITABLE and keeping customers longer. *A basic description of what individuals within the organisation can do to support any attraction strategy.* Here I would think that you'd be talking about sales skills, matching products with customer needs etc. Hope this helps a bit, let me know how it goes! Bank presentation
Hi,
It looks like I am going to the same interview as someone previously. I have to do a 20 minute interactive presentation on 'Customer Attraction' for a well known high street bank. The only information i have been given is that it should include; The type of customer the business needs to attract The reasons why customers buy from specific businesses or individuals. The advantages to the business of attracting this type of customer A basic description of what individuals within the organisation can do to support any attraction strategy.
