Problem with master vs normal view

Hello,

I've been asked by the manager to work on a presentation, to make a correct master for it, so every new slide will pick up the format of the master.
I am not very good at it, but I'm trying. Anyway I have two slides in my master, a title slide and one for regular slides. The problem is with the second one. Basically in the master slide I added the bullet point somewhat more indented than usual, as this is the formatting that has to be used. I save the master and when I switch to the normal view, the text is indented, but the bullet point goes way out to the left side of the slide. But when I switch back to the master view, it's the way I set it. I'm totally puzzled and can't figure it out since the morning already.
I'm adding here two screenshots of the master (one master view and how it looks in the normal view).
Any help is truly appreciated!

Hi

I cant see the screenshots but I'm wondering how you adjusted the bullet points. Did you use the carets (grey pointers) on the ruler?

I spotted another post from you on Woody's = Just put you finger on the ctrl key before moving the ruler markers and it should all work fine!.
