powerpoint conversion to flash

Hi, Any wisdom out there for this one? I am trying to find a program, (prefarably freeware since times are tough but if not so be it) that can convert a Powerpoint 2007 (or 2003 if I have to save my presentation in an old format so be it) to a Flash file format that can then be saved and embedded in my website so that the powerpoint presentation does not have to be downloaded to be viewed but can be watched within the website. I have tried various friends programs but they only produce a small YouTube style presentation which cannot show the slide show readably. Basically is there a Powerpoint to flash converter that produces a film like website embedable presentation that can be paused and advanced by the viewer after the voice over has finaished after each slide, which has a up to 2 minutes per slide voice accompaniment, which is full screen (or at least half screen) in size, crisp in quality and capable of presenting a variety of fonts, images, etc. Or should I just stay with asking the viewer to download the powerpoint slide show to view it and hope that they have a powerpoint viewer.
Thanks for your help.

Camtasia isn't free . . . but it works really well!

It's less expensive than some programs out there, and saves in many formats. I use animated gifs if the demos are short because they actually embed into the PP and don't have to be accessed as a linked file.
