25 minute seminar requiring LOTS of class involvement

Hi, I have a 25 minute seminar I have to do on the African Resource Curse (why nations in Africa have a great abundance of natural resources but are some of the poorest nations in the world). I'm very stuck because I need lots of class involvement. My professor said about 50% class involvement, and I'm not sure how to do this. I also do not know how to fill 25 minutes of time, even if only 13 minutes (or around there) is what I'm going to be presenting for, and I know tons about my topic, but I do not know how not to bore the class. Any help would be great.
