Help for team presentation

Hi, first of all let me show how I admire this website, I never thought that there is such a websites!!!!

Any way, I am a Msc student, and I have to make a power point presentation about a environmental impact assessment of a proposed project, I only have to make the TOR, and it should not be more than 15 minutes, and I have a teammate who will present with me-only I made the power point presentation by the way-, and we both have 15 mints only (7.5 minits each!!!!!). My teammate is not good in english, he graduated from an Indian university, so I need a way to present the subject as good as possible to have a high grade, can you help me in the "directing" of the presentation and giving roles?? should I just divide the presentation into two halfs and each one present his own half separately or there is a good technique?? please help ASAP, the presentation is on next Tuesday!!! HELP!!!!!!
