![]() Hi. I need some inspiration. I am on an 8 month training programme for a retail company. to get signed off the programme and given a position i have to do a final presentation saying why im ready for the job. some people are being really creative like using games and interesting props. i want to follow this route and be memorable - but im a bit stuck on ideas? Any helpful tips would be most welcome, only got 10 days!

![]() There are a number of ideas on the site.
A couple of ideas could be 1. Add in some funny video clips. There is a funny one with Steve Balmer from Microsoft http://www.flamingmailbox.com/maccomedy/movies/dancemonkeyboy.html 2. Some ice breakers could work. http://www.presentationhelper.co.uk/Forum/showthread.php?t=89 3. Play a TV based game. It could be "The weakest link" or "Who wants to be a millionaire" 4. You could always keep it serious and focus on an area where your business could be improved. If they are sorting out which job you will be getting, it may pay to be more memorable for being driven rather than frivolous. It could be on your company or it could be about retail sales in general. A topic could be "The worst retail sales Christmas for 20 years?" or "Blood bath in the high street - how will the high street shop evolve?" I hope that this helps |
