50th Bday Speech for Sister .. HELP!!!!!

Just been asked to do the honour of giving a speech for my sister's 50th in a weeks time. But, have absolutely no idea how to write one ... am not good with words at all!!!!! There's a 21 year age gap between us and she's celebrating it with a fantasy theme.
