Grandmothers funeral poem -eulogy

Hi - my grandmother died yesterday and i have been asked to read a poem and make a short eulogy. She was 96 and my brother and i are in our late 40's - so we have had my grandnother around for a very long time.

Anyone suggest a poem or a reading that I can deliver on here funeral?
