Create updating macro for mac

Hello people.
I am trying to create a powerpoint presentation on my mac with powerpoint and got a problem. I got some excel charts in my presentation that creates random numbers and when watching the powerpoint I want a button that can refresh the excel charts to gain new random numbers. Is it possible to create a macro or something that does that?
