How to Create a Quiz that can Tally Scores

Hey.

I have a list of 20 questions of so.

It is essentially a Multiple Choice quiz.

How do I make it so that when people click on an answer, the quiz moves on to the next slide but at the same time tallys whether the answer chose was correct or not.

I would then want this to show on the final slide.

Any help would ge greatly appreciated,
