Reading / poem for grandpa

Hi,

I am hoping you will be able to help. My Grandpa died yesterday and as the oldest grandaughter and very close, I have been asked to do a reading. He was happy with my gran for over 60 years until she died last year. He had been her carer for almost 10 years as she had alzheimers and missed her dreadfully when she died. I wonderered if there was something out there that reflected his going to be with her again.
