Interview presentation for banking job - HELP!!!!!

I have reached the final stage of the recruitment process with a high street bank (this is stage 9 of the process!!!!!) and have been asked to make a presentation of no more than 10 mins on ANY subject of my choice.

The job is Mortgage Arranger and my background is 6 years in the secured loan brokerage industry in a sales and then analyst position. I am struggling to find a topic for the presentation. Any ideas? Please!!

How about something realted to the job
- "Property Hotspots" - take a look at areas that you expect to be up and comin in prioce terms
- "The difference between asking and selling prices" At www.houseprices.co.uk you can see what properties have sold for recently. It looks very different fro the asking prices. For example in one area I know there are 13 houses on the market for over 500,000 but only one house has actually sold for over 500,000
- "Will mortgage rates rise or fall"

Failing that you could present on something like "My most successful project"
