slide transition and animation on click

Hi everybody,

I've got this huge problem:

if i set "slide transition" automatically, all the "custom actions" within the slide, even if they are set after click, become automatically.

How can i solve this?
If there are no solutions, i've to make twice as much slides!!!

thanks for any help

Alex

You can't have transition set to auto and click animations. If you think about it it wouldnt make any sense how would the transition know how long you would take to click.

Maybe if you explained what you are trying to achieve someone will be able to help.

This tutorial might also help if you want click animation but NOT click transitions.Click animations in Kiosk mode or with click transition disabled

OK, i explain better:

my goal is to make a slide which i can play normally like every slide (so with animations after clicks, times, and whatever) but, at the end of the last animation of the slide, it should automatically transit to the next slide, without any click.

Do you think it's possible?

If it's not possible but I want to have anyway the same effect, i must create 2 slides doing this:
the first has all the animations except the last, and it's not automatically;
the second is a copy of the first, has the last animation and transition is automatic.

Thanks!

Yes that's possible

Make a full slide 99% transparent shape (see the link above for more info) and make this appear "after previous" with the last animation. If this shape has a MOUSEOVER action of next slide it will do as you want

It's important that the pointer is visible on screen and the easiest way to achieve this is to press ctrl A at the strat of the show.

Thank you, and sorry for my delay replying.

The trick works fine...
It's just a pity that nobody of PowerPoint programmers-engineers task force has made up some specific function.

Anyway, i'll use your suggestion.

Thanks a lot.
