Changing slide size without loosing formatting
Hi,
I don't know if this is even possible, ive tried a few different things but to no avail so far. My company has a standard slide format that it likes to use for producing training course notes / aids. The format is custom slide 34cm wide by 21cm high using the left side purely for additional, relative notes. This is all setup as the slide master. However, I don't like this slide format and it looks terrible when being displayed as a presentation due to the high volume of writting down the side and the reduced viewable area of interest. What I want to be able to do is produce course material in the custom slide format then find a quick(ish) and easy way to convert it to a standard PPT slide format without all the formating going haywire. Im talking about courses with 50-60+ PPT presentations so its a very time consuming task. Any help / ideas would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance |

Hi
We are currently working on an Add In that will try to do this sensibly preserving picture aspects etc (there is no 100% accurate way of changing the aspect ratio and retaining everything!). If you can send me a non cofidential sample slide I will check out whether it can work for you and send you a beta copy if it can help. Please say whether its for 2007 or 2002/3 john ATSIGN pptalchemy.co.uk
